Woodlands is a new development of Pegasus Life retirement apartments in Canford Cliffs. Situated among the pine woods and exquisite beaches of Dorset, the apartments are designed to blend with the natural environment.
The design offers dual aspect views as well as private balconies. A shared lounge and garden are designed to enhance the natural costal and woodland beauty of the area. These apartments are designed to provide a social living environment in elegant surroundings.
Bespoke Lamco furniture was created to suit the different tastes and lifestyles of the residents, maximising storage space for apartment living
Lamco furniture was ideally suited to such a versatile and elegant building. We created bespoke pieces that we could adapt to each apartment. Unique interiors were created throughout the development, providing a refreshing feeling of individuality, whilst retaining the common thread of modern precision, quality and style.
We were responsible for creating all of the fitted wardrobes throughout the development. Optimising storage space is a key goal for apartment living, especially within this market where many clients for this development will be downsizing from large houses to release capital locked in their properties. The amount of storage available was a key aspect to the developer’s vision with this development. We set to work and carefully considered each apartment’s layout to achieve this goal through creative storage solutions. We were set a budget from the outset that we could easily work with and put forward the best material selection for the wardrobes based on this set budget and complimenting the overall look and feel of the development.
We also created lots of additional future throughout the building, including within the main residents’ communal lounge area which features an open display shop where breads, jams, and drinks are displayed and on offer to the residents. We also created seating and coffee tables, feature wall panelling, TV media units, the concierge office and cleaners’ cupboards.
