The Landing is a recent development by retirement experts Pegasus Life, based in a lofty position on Evening Hill with far reaching views across Poole Harbour. Designed by Snug Architects, the building’s copper-coloured roof blends with the tone of the pine trees on Sandbanks Road, while the cream-coloured brick ties in with the neighbouring properties. 2 bedroom apartments in this development entered the market at £1,250,000.

The interior and furniture had to fit with the exceptionally high standard of the building to ensure that our clients could achieve the highest prices for each apartment. Our total interior design package included bespoke dressing rooms, wardrobes, wall paneling, stairwells, lift lining paneling, bespoke lounge furniture and home offices. Key features were the use of brushed brass fixtures and fittings, soft matts and woodgrains.
