Marino is a contemporary 4 bedroom home located in Alington Road, overlooking Poole Harbour and the Sandbanks Peninsula. It has been designed by awarding winning architects David James, with striking features including a central glass atrium and open plan living area. Going on the market for £2,250,000, it was essential that the interior specification was second to none.
The warmth of the solid wood in the walk-in wardrobes creates perfect balance in this cool and contemporary new home.
Each of the main bedrooms was fitted out with a walk-in wardrobe from the MisuraEmme collection. We created the perfect composition to fit the space available and offer the maximum amount of storage. Shelving, soft-close drawers and hanging space was a must, with integrated led lighting creating a bright and inviting space. We designed and built a bespoke bar for the lower reception room. For something that extra bit special, unique leather panels were stitched and integrated, framed by solid wood and paired exquisitely with shaped-glass sections.
In a new development of this calibre, the finishing touches mean everything. This is where a Lamco Design interior raises the bar.
