Lagoon Road, Poole

Lagoon Road was a landmark development of 3 ultra high end houses for which we provided bespoke furniture design contracts. Set in a private road on the waters edge in Lilliput, Poole, Dorset. The local developer produced outstanding buildings that gained them recognition in winning the 2014 architectural and interior design awards.

We were challenged with furnishing all 3 houses with timeless, contemporary, high end furniture. Budgets were set for each of the houses. We then set to work, carefully selecting materials to sit within the allowed budget – but still achieving the high end look

Our designers and development team spend time sourcing unique materials from around the world for you and your developments. We have often been the first UK based manufacturers to see a particular product launched before it will go to any other company in the UK. We have carried out several trials with new products for global manufacturers and are used as a test base for some of their products. It is this innovation that is brought to each new development that we work on.
