The Bristol & West building is located in the Square in the heart of Bournemouth Town Centre. Tired, dated and run-down, this building has undergone a full refurbishment to bring it up to scratch. Developer Acheson worked to replace structural steelwork and rebuild masonry columns to ensure the structure was strong, before converting the inside four floors into 38 luxury apartments.
Modern interiors for a highly attractive town-centre living environment
A welcoming entrance hall leads to the brand new apartments, each being fully fitted out with a high-spec kitchen, luxury bathroom and fitted furniture. We created a range of bespoke furniture for the development including fitted wardrobes that would maximise storage space. Materials were selected that would achieve the desired look and high-quality within the allocated budget.
