These two properties by Majestic Property and Estates have been an absolute pleasure to be involved with. The houses are arguably the finest built today, in one of the best locations in England; the stunning Sandbanks Peninsula. We have been actively involved right from the initial concept of the design, developing a close relationship with the architect, builder, developer and interior designer. All of us came together to achieve two very individual and stunning houses with every detail considered. The interior was designed stand the test of time and be highly appealing to the end buyer.
Careful planning to create an uninterupted flow throughout the interior
We were involved from the very start, carefully considering room layouts and wardrobe positioning and sizing, planning the interior layouts before any walls were formed in the building. This enabled us to create a functional luxury interior which flows seamlessly in a modern open-plan layout. The top floor of each property is particularly impressive, with walk-in dressing rooms, his & hers bathrooms, a sumptuous chill-out zone with drinks cabinets and library, all flowing from the magnificent Master bedroom that commanded stunning views over Poole Harbour.
We were responsible for all of the bespoke fitted furniture throughout the development. This included several walk-in-wardrobes, hinged and sliding door wardrobes with feature lighting, pool and locker room wall panelling and various other installations of feature wall panelling throughout the buildings. We also handled the staining and lacquering of skirting, doors, stairs and treads, plus general joinery for the bespoke games rooms, gym and storage solutions.
