A high-end architecturally impressive new-build, struggling to sell. This happens, but it doesn’t have to be the case. This developer was fast to act, commissioning a bespoke interior that would present the impressive property as a stunning home. Within two weeks of the new interior being completed, the first viewer purchased the property for full asking price. Read on to find out about our contribution to this success.

Renowned local interior designers WN Interiors designed a modern interior for this exclusive new property that would stand apart as something special. The master bedroom was lacking the wow factor that is so important in a home of this calibre, so were commissioned to create a beautiful bespoke headboard for the master suite.
Using the full height and width of the room this bespoke headboard is a real feature. Materials were carefully considered, with costs kept to within budget. Matt lacquers were used for the cashmere lower flat section, with a faux leather headboard inlay. Ribbed laminated wood effect wood creates depth and texture to the top section. All of this is highlighted with an LED uplight.
